How long does it take to receive my free headshot?

You'll receive your professional headshot via email within minutes after entering your email. The AI processing is fast and efficient. Most images are processed within 2-5 minutes, though during peak times it may take up to 10-15 minutes.

What quality of photo should I upload?

For best results, upload a clear, well-lit selfie where your face is clearly visible. Avoid photos with heavy filters, sunglasses, or where your face is partially obscured. Use good lighting (natural light works best) and make sure your face is in focus. Avoid using already edited images, as multiple edits can cause malformations that may prevent recognition.

Is it really free? What's the catch?

Yes, it's completely free! We offer one professional headshot at no cost. No credit card required. You can upgrade to get more headshots or remove watermarks if you'd like, but the free option is always available. The free version includes a watermark, while the Pro Pack offers watermark-free images.

Can I use this photo for LinkedIn?

Absolutely! Once you receive your headshot, you have full rights to use it for LinkedIn, resumes, company websites, and any other professional purposes. The images are yours to use as you see fit.

What if I want more headshots?

We offer a Pro Pack with 40 professional headshots for $29 $19 Launch Promotion! This includes 20 profile pictures and 20 whole body shots, all watermark-free and ready for download. Perfect for professionals who need multiple variations for different purposes.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept JPEG, JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and HEIF/HEIC formats. The maximum file size is 30MB. If your image is larger, you'll need to compress it before uploading.

What happens if I get an error saying "We didn't recognize a person in the picture"?

This error means our AI couldn't detect a clear human face in your uploaded image. Common causes include: face not clearly visible, poor lighting, too far away or too close, heavy filters or editing, or using already edited images. Try uploading a clear, well-lit selfie where your face is the main focus. For more detailed troubleshooting, visit our Troubleshooting page.

I haven't received my email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder, as emails sometimes end up there. Also verify that you entered your email address correctly. If you still haven't received your email after 30 minutes, contact us at linkedheadshot@kreatiu.cat with your selfie UUID (found in your confirmation).

How many variations will I receive?

With the free version, you'll receive one watermarked headshot. With the Pro Pack, you'll receive 40 professional images: 20 headshots and 20 full-body shots, all watermark-free. Each variation offers a different professional style and look.

Can I use the free headshot commercially?

Yes, you can use the free headshot for professional purposes including LinkedIn, resumes, and company websites. However, the free version includes a watermark. For commercial use without watermarks, we recommend upgrading to the Pro Pack.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processing. All payments are processed securely and we never store your full payment information.

Is my data secure and private?

Can I request a refund?
